- I hereby swear that in the unfortunate event of the death of any individual who is a registered member of THE BACKUP Society, I will immediately ensure the transfer of Rs 30.00, along with any applicable convenience charges, to the society’s designated account. This contribution is essential as it enables the society to distribute the collected funds directly to the bereaved family, providing them with financial assistance during their time of loss. The objective of this process is to extend support to the deceased member’s family through a community-driven effort, ensuring that those left behind receive a monetary benefit collected from all contributing members.
- Furthermore, I agree to fully abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by THE BACKUP society. These rules are subject to modification or amendment from time to time as per the society’s discretion, and I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to stay informed and comply with any such changes. My adherence to these guidelines is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in consequences, including termination of membership.
- I also solemnly swear that I will make all necessary payments promptly, including monthly and annual dues as required by the society. I understand that these payments are crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the society’s objectives and for providing timely financial assistance to the families of deceased members. By fulfilling my financial obligations diligently, I contribute to the success of this mutual support system and help in maintaining the integrity of the initiative.
- Additionally, I confirm that I am a lawful citizen of India and that I meet all eligibility requirements as stipulated by THE BACKUP society. My participation in this initiative is voluntary, and I affirm that I will uphold the values and principles of the society in good faith.
- Moreover, I declare that I do not have any physical disabilities that may impede my ability to fulfill my commitments under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to being deaf, blind, or physically handicapped. This declaration is necessary to ensure that I can actively participate in all required processes, including making contributions and staying updated on any society communications.
- THE BACKUP society reserves the full right to terminate the membership of any individual if the statements and documents submitted by them are found to be false, misleading, or misrepresented in any way. The society takes authenticity and integrity seriously, and any attempts to provide false information will lead to immediate membership cancellation. Furthermore, if any of my personal information is found to be incomplete or incorrect, my membership can be revoked at any time, and I may also be subjected to legal consequences, including criminal or punitive action. In such cases, I accept full personal responsibility for any consequences arising from my misrepresentation.
- I acknowledge and accept that I do not have the right to take any legal action against THE BACKUP society under any circumstances. By voluntarily becoming a member of this organization, I waive my right to file legal claims or disputes against the society. My participation in this initiative is based on mutual trust and adherence to the established guidelines, and I recognize that any grievances must be addressed internally as per society policies.
- Additionally, I understand that the amount granted to the family of a deceased member will be strictly limited to the total funds collected from the active and paying members of the group at the time of the incident. THE BACKUP society does not guarantee a fixed amount but ensures that the contributions received from fellow members will be transferred to the bereaved family without deductions (except for necessary convenience charges, as applicable). The effectiveness of this initiative relies on the collective contributions of all members, and the funds disbursed will be dependent on the number of members who fulfill their financial obligations in a timely manner.
- I am fully aware that if I miss any required payments, whether monthly or annually, and fail to contribute at the time of a member’s passing, my membership will be immediately canceled. In addition, any previously deposited funds will be forfeited, and I will no longer be eligible to receive any benefits under this initiative. This rule is enforced to ensure that only active and contributing members remain a part of THE BACKUP society and that financial support is consistently available for those in need. The society maintains a strict policy regarding payment compliance, and any failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the loss of membership privileges.
- Furthermore, I confirm that all personal and legal documents I have provided to THE BACKUP society are valid, authentic, and up-to-date. If any of my documents expire, I am responsible for renewing them within one month to maintain my membership. Failure to do so may result in membership termination. It is my duty to ensure that my records remain current and compliant with the society’s standards.
- By agreeing to these terms, I commit to being a responsible and active member of THE BACKUP society. I understand the significance of my participation in this initiative and recognize the impact that my contributions can have on the families of deceased members. This initiative is built on the foundation of mutual trust, responsibility, and support, and I pledge to uphold these values in my membership.

Any failure to comply with these terms may lead to the termination of my membership, forfeiture of my deposited funds, and potential legal consequences if applicable.
